1. Expanding capacity – acute/critical care beds, and health system resources
2. Accelerate actions to clear testing backlog (double number of daily tests by end of week)
3. Aggressive actions to procure all available PPE for health system.
4. Support LTCH, particularly in outbreak, with staff, PPE and training as per Directive #3
5. Establish PH measures table
